The interior and exterior colours/finishes can be different, and it also possible to match the most Natural Oil Finish on the inside, with any other Oil or Water Based Coating on the outside. |

ANTHROPOMORPHOUS PAINTING ROBOT Since 2011 the use of a sophisticated 6 axis anthropomorphous robots allows for a far superior quality and consistency of finish, even for the most complex-shape pieces. The finish is applied using electrostatic technology to create an electromagnetic field which directs the paint on a curved path. This allows for the same amount of paint/finish to be applied on all sides of the profile equally, and with far greater precision especially on the critical points and corners of the frame. The result is a thicker but cleaner and very consistent cover, with higher weather resistance and greater durability then traditional spraying applications. |

With simple maintenance timber will outlast every other type of material currently used for windows and doors. Long are gone the days of cracking and peeling varnishes requiring complex and messy maintenance, but a few simple and easy steps still have
to be taken in order to preserve the beauty of the initial finish over time. ICA EASY COAT is a Transparent water-based, ready-to-use conditioner for ordinary refreshes, to be used at the same time the glass is cleaned. It is a simple spray and wipe process which refreshes the UV protection layer and keeps the coating flexible, acting like a "moisturiser" for the coating. Easy Coat is a clear, odourless water based milky solution, and if sprayed on glass it is simply wiped away, cleaning the glass even further. |
